ZP-17D is a single pressure automatic rotary continuous tablet press developed by our factory, which can press granular raw materials into various ordinary and special-shaped tablets. It is mainly used in electronics, food, daily necessities, pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors. The outer cover shell is fully closed. The material is stainless steel, in line with GMP standards. Equipped with transparent observation window, can clearly see the working condition of the machine and can be fully opened, easy to internal clarity and maintenance.
The machine has the characteristics of large pressure, large pressing range, can press ordinary, special-shaped, circular and other shape tablets, especially suitable for multi-variety, small batch production. Mechatronics, all controllers and adjusting devices are centralized on one side of the body, easy to operate. Equipped with pressure overload protection device to avoid machine damage. The transmission mechanism with oil invasion lubrication is sealed under the body, which prolongs the service life and avoids cross contamination.
