Instructions for use
First, before you do this:
(1) Check whether the glass turntable and the vibrator are stopped.
(2) Check that there is no other debris on the glass turntable and in the vibrating discharge tank.
(3) Select the appropriate orbiter, please refer to the accompanying drawings.
(4) Orbiter adjustment method:
1. The outer orbiter and the inner orbiter should be parallel to each other, and the width should be slightly larger than the tablet or glue
The diameter of the capsule, its outlet must be placed in the middle of the electric eye seat.
2. The front end of the peripheral orbiter should be attached to the circumference, and the capsule will be smooth when sliding.
3. Adjust the deflector, which is slightly larger than the thickness of the tablet.
(5) With the bottle mouth and the size of the medicine, select the appropriate filling mouth.
(6) Adjust the height of the lifting plate and lock the Y positioner.
(7) Turn on the power supply, set the number, slowly start the turntable and vibrator, check the medicine
Whether the grain slide is smooth, whether the number display is correct, if all are normal, the number returns to zero,
to get started.
Second, in action
(1) If the tablet has a lot of powder, there are some plastic joints on the inner page of the door panel, which can be connected

(2) Combined granule size, the following table is the reference value:
1. Tablet diameter: φ6mm speed scale is about: YL-2 30~40
                                    YL—4  35~40
2. Tablet diameter: φ8mm speed scale is about: YL-2 35~50
                                    YL—4  40~50
3. Tablet diameter: φ10-12mm speed scale is about: YL-4 50~65
                                    YL—2  40~55
4. Capsules: #4-#00 Speed scale is about: YL-4 45~65
                                    YL—2  45~55
General operation, the speed can reach YL-2 1000-2000 Tablets per minute
                                    YL—4   2000-4000Tablets
(3) During operation, the vibrating discharge should be matched with the speed of the turntable, and the disk surface should not accumulate material to avoid track blockage. Pay special attention to the capsules, such as too much blanking, which is easy to overlap or block in the orbiter, and the count is inaccurate.
(4) Pay attention to whether the "Sensor Index" flashing on the computer is normal at any time, and should be sampled from time to time, if the number is found to be inaccurate, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
