This machine adopts the high quality vacuum membrane bags and high quality filter, ensure the environmental purification, provide two filters, filter cloth bags has special surface coating (PTFE - polytetrafluoroethylene) through the gap rate of not more than 2µ, dust goes into the filter bag, bag has smooth surface, easy to wash. Air through the efficient air filter, high efficient filter, is made of polyester fiber material, expanded area is 20000 square centimeters, through the gap rate is less than 5µ.
This machine is of high quality bypass pump using domestic brand-name motor , motor and fan are completely separated. The precision casting Aluminum Alloy impeller shell is separated from the motor , no contact with any parts in operation, no pollution, reliable operation, strong suction continuous work, low noise, stable work.
The machine has a good working performance, so that the dust amount or long time work, vibration handle, so that the dust attached to the film in the recycling bucket, the machine is accompanied by casters, removable, fixed (with casters, locking gate).
The machine is made of stainless steel,the barrel element is three parts,accord with the GMP request,all adopt the mould pressing a molding,inside and outside without burr,no dead angle,clean more thoroughly.
