Third, the working principle and structural characteristics
1. Working principle
Driven by motor, V-belt pulley, worm gear, under the action of eccentric crankshaft and lifting rack, the octagonal hob of the gear shaft belt is rotated periodically. The material is constantly moving and controlled by the screen and rotor gap and extruded granules, and its production capacity varies with the moisture, type, viscosity and mesh of the material. And can produce a variety of specifications of particles.
When crushing dry material, the material condensed into a lump is crushed in a drum made of octagonal hobs and forced through the screen.
2. Structural characteristics
(1)The structure of the hopper and the granulation device is designed according to the principle of installation, cleaning and ease of use. The components in contact with the material are all made of stainless steel to ensure the cleanliness of the product immediately.
(2)Each part of the granule manufacturing device is completely sealed to prevent lubricating oil from mixing into the raw material.
(3)The screen pinch is used to clamp the screen to ensure that the screen is loose under the rotating drum, and the handwheel adjusts the tightness of the screen, and the ratchet pawl locks the adjusted screen pinch.
(4)Users can select the corresponding screen according to the requirements of the product and manufacture various specifications of particles.

Fourth, the installation and adjustment of the machine
1.After the machine is in place, it must be placed smoothly and grounded.
2.Open the box cover to add lubricating oil to the gearbox.
3.When testing, you should pay attention to whether there is abnormal noise, so as to stop in time to check and eliminate.
4.When installing the screen, the screen must be close to the end cover of both ends to avoid powder leakage.
5.Before operation, you should carefully check whether the fasteners in various parts of the machine are loose.
6.The machine must be 3-5 minutes of empty load rotation; to be operated normally and then put into production, feeding should not be too much, about 2/3 of the volume is appropriate.

Fifth, the maintenance and technical safety of the machine
1.When adding lubricating oil to the gearbox for the first time, you need to add 45# oil (low viscosity), and the amount of addition is half of the gearbox.
2.The lubricating oil in the gearbox and the grease in the inner cavity of the rolling shaft should be replaced regularly.
3.Particle manufacturing parts of the parts, should be scrubbed clean frequently.
4.In order to ensure the lubrication conditions of the worm gear in the gearbox, the body temperature of the box should rise less than 50 degrees during operation.
5.The oil-proof sealing ring at the end of the worm shaft should be checked and replaced regularly.
6.The machine must be reliably grounded, and its grounding resistance should be less than 4 euros.
7.Electrical appliances shall not be dismantled at will.
